Recommended family hotel in Menlo Park, CA - Residence Inn Marriott

I recommend staying with family at the Residence Inn Marriott in Menlo Park, CA, especially if you are visiting family or have business there.  The one-bedrooms and suites have a fully equipped kitchen and they even have complimentary grocery service!  There is a free large breakfast with items such as waffles, french toast, and waffles.  There is free internet (I hate getting charged for internet).  They have a large fire pit outside.  We roasted marshmallows and made s'mores!  The hotel is really close to the Stanford Mall, which has lots of gorgeous stores and outdoor seating areas.

The website accurately claims, "Polished modern studios plus 1 bedroom suites with kitchens in a hotel that serves free breakfast."

Since we have a dog, we are happy to report that this hotel is dog friendly, with a pet fee.  There is a dog friendly area with pet bags too.
