A family friend told me about 4th of July in Folsom, CA. The town is filled with families enjoying the rodeo and 4th of July festivities.
My son and I have stayed at the Lake Natoma Inn in Folsom, CA. It is walking distance to town, and there is also bike rentals and a path in walking distance from the hotel.
