Holidays With The Symphony

 Before covid, my family had a tradition of seeing the San Francisco Symphony at least once during the holidays!  We love watching the  Home Alone Film with the Live Orchestra!

Travel- Sonoma Mission Inn

 Sonoma Mission Inn is both dog and child friendly.  They even have a family warm pool, where both dogs and children are welcome.

Revels Children’s choir

The Oakland Revels has a children’s program, it is free!  They perform I the Revels show in December.  Today they did a choir show at Rockridge Bart in Oakland.

 The Oakland Revels is back!  The Revels choir and children’s choir played at Rockridge Bart today.  The Revels will be performing this December!  This year the theme will be Chantey singing!

Oakland Ice Center is open

 We went ice skating at Oakland Ice Center today!  You will need to make all reservations online ahead of time!

Book, I’m Off to War Mother

I went with my family today to the Veteran’s Memorial building in Danville, CA.  Author Jerry W. Whiting was at the festivities, sharing his vast knowledge of the aerial component of the war as he told of his father’s experience in the war.  He dedicated to my son!  My father was in WW11 so I am looking forward to reading this book with my son!
