One of our holiday traditions is stopping by the Fairmont Hotel in San Francisco, CA to take a peek at the gigantic gingerbread house and beautiful holiday decorations. This year there is an area where those visiting just to view the decorations have to wait in line in the cold just to get in. If you want to bypass this line make a reservations at one of the restaurants. There is a children's area with a video playing and tools to write a letter to Santa and a mailbox for special delivery to the North Pole. They sell gingerbread cookies, champagne for parents, and hot chocolate for children. If you want to feel holiday magic, this is a great place to go!
