Graham Cracker Gingerbread houses- easy and fun

For our class party I was going to have the students make graham cracker gingerbread houses, but we are going to make edible donut snowmen instead.  My neighbor told me that until her daughter was 16 she had her friends over and they would make graham cracker gingerbread houses on the kitchen table.  What a fun tradition that is!
