3)  Protein such as a  smoothie including powder protein or eggs for breakfast, a snack such as brown rice cakes with hummus or crackers with any kind of nut butter.

4)  Vitamin B complex such as nutritional yeast, liver, rice nuts, milk, eggs, meats, fish, fruits, leafy green veggies, or whole grains and breads.

5.)  Essential Fatty Acids (EFA's) since the right kind of fats are needed to help the brain fire information efficiently from synapse to synapse.  Fish, flax seeds, nuts are great sources of EFA's.  DHA Omega 3 eggs are a great source of Omega 3 fatty acids.  The right kinds of fats are need to help the brain fire information efficiently from synapse to synapse.
