Book Recommendation: Why They Kill

I got this book recommendation from  a fellow educator after we had discussed the increase in school violence.  It discusses the psychology of people who kill and want to hurt others.  Due to violence and bullying in the school, I think all teachers need to learn about the tendencies of people who may end up hurting or even killing others.
