We ate at the Manzanita Restaurant at the Ritz Carlton a few nights ago. Our waitress was Bridgette, who I would highly recommend if you want to request her as your waitress to have an amazing experience at this restaurant! She is from Vancouver and was super friendly, patient, and helpful! Our family shared some dishes and Bridgette recommended the Merry Edwards Pinot Noir to go with the Skeena Bay Salmon, Fava Bean Mash, wild mushrooms, and pea shoots. There was a generous children's menu, though I ordered some items from the main menu and we shared it. On Monday nights, there is live music which my son loved (see next post as this deserves its own write up!)
The Manzanita was a super comfortable experience! I would recommend requesting Bridgette as your waitress to have a wonderful time at dinner, with great service and a relaxed experience.
