This Sunday, October 20th, is Community Music Day! Community Music Day attracts over 1,500 students each year! It is an amazing day of free music and activities! It is a free musical carnival for the entire family. They will have all kinds of activities, such as the following:
*Instrument petting zoo- Explore, touch, and learn to make sounds on all the different instruments in a symphony orchestra! Features special mini string instruments for tiny hands and fingers.
*Very first concerts- The San Francisco Chamber Orchestra performs short and engaging programs with the musical theme, "Small Instruments, Tall Instruments." 10:40 AM, 11:20 AM, and 12:00PM.
*Instrument Making
*Face Painting
*Musical performances by kids, for kids
*Crowden School admissions information. Crowden School is for children, 4th through 8th grades, though they also offer music classes, such as suzuki strings, music together, singing, etc.
*BBQ & baked goods, "Chill" room, prizes, and more!
